What is a subprocessor?

A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that may process information on behalf of NetRisk to help deliver the service.

Current subprocessors

Update this table with the actual providers used by NetRisk.

  • Hosting provider: application hosting; account, usage, and application data.
  • Database provider: data storage; account, vendor, scan, and usage data.
  • Email provider: transactional email; email address and message metadata.
  • AI provider: AI-assisted analysis; prompts, vendor context, and generated outputs.
  • Analytics provider: product analytics; usage and event data.
  • Monitoring provider: error and security monitoring; logs, error data, and technical metadata.

Changes to subprocessors

Subprocessors may change as NetRisk evolves. Material changes may be reflected on this page.

User responsibility

Users should not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or unauthorized data unless they are comfortable with the subprocessors involved and authorized to process that information.
