Acceptable Use Policy

NetRisk must only be used for lawful vendor risk evaluation, third-party risk management, security review, and related business purposes.

NetRisk is currently provided as a free limited beta. The service is experimental, may change, and is provided without warranties or service-level commitments.

Allowed use

You may use NetRisk to:

  • Evaluate vendors, suppliers, partners, and third parties.
  • Review vendor domains and public risk signals.
  • Understand available evidence and missing context.
  • Generate AI-assisted vendor risk insights.
  • Prepare follow-up questions for vendors.
  • Provide product feedback during the beta.

Prohibited use

You must not use NetRisk to:

  • Perform unauthorized scanning or testing.
  • Exploit, attack, disrupt, or access third-party systems.
  • Upload malware, malicious scripts, exploit code, or harmful files.
  • Harass, surveil, profile, or target individuals.
  • Submit domains or vendors without a lawful business purpose.
  • Mass scan domains or automate excessive usage.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or resell the service.
  • Bypass account limits, rate limits, access controls, or security controls.
  • Submit fake, misleading, unlawful, or abusive content.
  • Upload passwords, secrets, private keys, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive data.
  • Use NetRisk for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Corporate and vendor information

You are responsible for ensuring that any vendor information, documents, URLs, notes, or evidence you submit may lawfully be processed by you and by NetRisk.

Enforcement

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe this policy has been violated or if usage creates risk to NetRisk, users, vendors, or third parties.
